Izan Guevara (BLU CRU Pramac Yamaha Moto2) converted pole into victory at the Grand Prix Of Japan ahead of Tony Arbolino (REDS Fantic Racing) and Filip Salac (OnlyFans American Racing Team) to complete the podium. Manuel Gonzalez (Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP Moto2) carries a narrow 10.5-point championship lead. It was a tough day further back, with 3 drivers failing to finish the race. Salac qualified 5th but started the race from P2 after a grid penalty.
